  This includes 3 90 minute sessions per month, plus Voxer messaging support. I will help you to go deep into your beliefs and conditioning to understand where it comes from, to break down the barriers and embed new empowering beliefs. In June 2021 I qualified as a meditation teacher through Bodhi Yoga Thailand. I would love to share this gift with you as part of my service.

• Introduction to breathwork and meditation - 2 hour 1:1 meditation taster workshop with me. I will talk you through the full benefits of both breathing exercises and meditation and guide you through experiencing both. You will receive an audio recording of the meditation to use after the session

• 1:1 Meditation training to change your life! - 8 week course. This involves weekly 60 minute zoom calls to coach you through the meditation and support to integrate this practice into your life. You will receive an audio recording of the meditations for life.
